  • From a religious point of view, and people that are truly trying to be religious, whether being gay is a choice or not doesn't matter. What matters is universal love for your fellow man. I'm gay and I love even those that don't understand that I was born this way.

  • Watched all videos in the last 2 years for I have a gay sister who I love and respect and I'm open to other views.

This video compared to your first uploaded videos definitely have a different tone and spirit. 2 years makes a big difference in an apostate's life, sorry to say.

Homosexuality aside, you will continue to be void of the spirit when you don't live the commandments for they're for everyone, not just for heterosexuals.

Remember, life doesn't revolve around your sexual preference.

  • @jdawg1703 So how does one go about making themselves gay exactly? Apparently you are an expert in this field since no one else has the answer to that.

  • I wish I could talk with you Clark. I joined LDS in March 23rd 2009 and I am gay. I am at the point of wanting to DIE DAILY. I have watched your videos and am inspired. I am in love with one of the Elders here...he knows it and still wants me to come door to door with him but it crushes me. He's awesome and accepts me but I know I'll never REALLY have him. I wish you would write me and we could talk. Please write me soon. Thanks.

  • Clark and Wyatt, I just finished watching your 5-part video; it was AWESOME! Even though I am a gay former Mormon who wants (?) back into the Church, I see your points. The question I have for you is why didn't you bring up the problems of plural marriage in the Church at the end of the 19th century and the question of prohibition in the '20's. This is an example of trying to legislate morals that sooo did not work. Thank you for your excellent presentation. Good work guys and may God bless!

  • you guys are really articulate :)

nice vids. It was so interesting that it looked like the video was only 2 minutes long :D

  • You are just cool. Thanks for this video play list. I have so many questions, for which I think no one has an answer...

  • Do not give the church more power.

Support equal rights under civil unions!

    Secularism is they key.

This whole marriage debate brought the church back on the mainstream radar, and they're loving it.

They love to have power over a whole group of people and have them begging for acceptance.

    SO STOP IT!

Do not be a victim, be intelligent!

The church has no power over us unless we let them!

Civil unions are the future, for both gay and straight people, trust me!

Marriage is dying, so let it die!

  • I'll tell you what, you make it so the Federal Govt treats all marriages as civil unions and I'll be fine with that, until then civil unions are still second class--seperate and unequal. It's not being a victim to demand equal rights.

Also, I don't know why you thing marriage is dying--I've been invited to 4 weddings just in the next 2 months.

  • Well that should be precisely the goal.

The government should separate marriage from it's current involvement with (secular) federal benefits and civil unions should take marriage's current place.

I support gay marriage but do not think it should be considered the 'finish line'.

    And you forgot one thing.

Yes, many people get married, but over 50% get divorced not too long after that, and the numbers are rapidly increasing.

Divorce will eventually kill marriage, for both gay and straight people.

  • Why should that be precisely the goal? If we do have marriage become only a religious instition (which ain't gonna happen) and only civil unions as part of the Govt, then people will try to outlaw gay civil unions. So what if 75% of people get divorced--that doesn't mean marriage is dead it just means divorce is alive.

  • Outlaw gay civil unions, by what authority?

Invisible sky daddy has no say in secular issues.

Gay marriage will become legal nationwide sooner or later, but increasing gay divorce rates will follow just like with straight marriage.

Of course marriage won't become a purely religious ceremony by next week, but in the long run it will, by default.

Google civil unions in France, straight people are slowly preferring it to marriage.

So to be honest, I'm actually supporting the demise of religion.

  • You guys are really special. I thank you for sharing your thoughts.

I have a dear friend who was raised in the Catholic church and was told by one of the leaders " Give us your child until he is 6 years old, and he will be Catholic for the rest of his life"

I can't help but wonder if there is some truth to that, be it any religion that teaches "we are the way...the only way".

Whereas we all appreciate the "good" we learned, we also carry "scars" from the very opposite of LOVE..and God Is Love

  • I am from MA and let me tell you, he said he wasn't going to fight at the time, then when it passed he started invoking old laws against couples getting married in MA-

  • You make some really good points their not being fare their suppose to be peace love and respect in this world for all people regradless of who or what they are.
