@sufy1000 I am not a health professional, but i think going raw would help. If you are not really into eating all your foods raw and do not enjoy your diet then you will be less likely to stick to it though and in that case it would be better to not go so extreme with it. I personally think the best thing to do is to go to your doctor (allopathic of naturopathic) and ask for a food allergy panel. It is expensive, but you can find out exactly what foods you have intolerance to.
@sufy1000 Once you know this information, you can cut those foods out of your diet and you will notice a huge improvement in your acne. The "usual" culprits are dairy, gluten, and soy but some people are also sensitive to citrus or shrimp for example. Also, do not be discouraged when you are eating clean and you get a new breakout. Your body is just releasing toxins and many toxins come through the skin. The skin is an elimination organ too.
