Looks like a low wall cloud, no way to tell if a tornado touched down. Low part on the left is the tail of the wall cloud

omg i live in scotland and they fuckin dont hit the ground and thier small ive fuckin seen one and it didney touch the ground

i know, its not a very convincing tornado, it is moving from right to left ;-)lol
but i have seen on youtube a very nice looking tornado in north Scotland
