There are only two possible ways you can be able to use your G1...

1) Jailbreak

-------or------

2) Find somebody you know; a friend, sister, brother, etc. that has the G1 package on their sim card, and put it on your G1 so that you can bypass the prompt to unlock your G1, take out the Sim card that has the G1 package, and insert your T-mobile Sim card and you should be able to use your G1.

1. Because, I'm not part of their service.

2. I need some type of family member/friend to request me the "un-lock code" which than I can give them my IMEI number that will send me an email.

The unlock code is unique to each phone since is related to the IMEI number on the cell phone.
