Replacing a sleazy lawyer with a slick used car salesman.

As Dolan hired a private jet to get to NYC to assume his post, this is indicative that he will not do anything for the poor:p

....except the usual photo-ops & "window dressing"......while multitudes will starve, he will live in splendor.
