  • No more Mr. Push-over...

    Now who wants a puppy?

    XD

  • She is so pretty and i totally loved this movie! I love how disney have made like french, chinese, indian, normal white, russian, arabian etc. princesses and omg i really love! All over the world haha it's so amazing :)) AND

i love how Naveen always watches her with big hearts on his eyes X D

  • Ugly little frog

  • omg i <3 little tiana

  • LOLOL At the Cat!!xDD~

  • poor cat

  • I love how he's like: No more push over . . . now who wants a puppy? xD

at least the girl is still her friend when she is older, a lot of rich people would act like any one lower doesn't exist

  • I always wonder why people keep mentioning the skin colour of the characters. I honestly never notice...I mean, I notice, but it never really mattered to me. The story has always been the important thing in my opinion. Colour of skin is just colour of skin, like colour of hair is colour of hair or colour of eyes is colour of eyes. I really hope I'm not the only person left that thinks the story is more important.

  • @ChantelleBritney sure it has no importance what so ever but Disney has always been pretty racist. This was really good and important for Disney to make an animated movie starring a pigmented princess.

  • @ChantelleBritney Because little girls' deserve to have a princess that's the same ethnicity as them, so they can know they're beautiful too.

  • this makes me fucking sick. "finally a black disney princess" OH shut the fuck up! It's such a lie and an insult. There isn't even a black prince! He's some fucking spanish dick face. Goddamn this is garbage!!!!! Who ever made this should be burn alive, what an insult

  • @wiibot15 Dude, calm yourself. Why does this make you sick? Who cares about the colour of the character;s skin, it's an awesome movie with an adorablr story. You sound a lot more racist if you ask me...no one is a dickface, how is that not the insult?

  • @wiibot15 Your so kind <3

  • Hey thanks cool, finally a black Disney Princess. After Asian, Arabian and a Ginger we needed a black one :D

  • this movie gives me hope pf finding love fpr myself one day:)

  • i do not like her dress. it should of been red. but i laugh when she fell in love with that high yellow mixed french guy bcuz thats kinda my type

  • Finally, a Disney Ashanti princess. :)

  • i loooooooooooooooove it

  • luved this movie!! too bad their not making these anymore :(

  • The princess should have been white... AND IM NOT RACIST

  • @Spec0pleader Disney already has 4 white princesses they don't need another one

  • @DomDom9314 yeah but still doesnt make sense, theres not black princess in western society, especially not in america

  • @Spec0pleader meant to say 5 white princesses sorry...but the fact that she married a prince she turn into a princess...i think you thought she started out as one...i was confused about that to until i saw the movie

  • @DomDom9314 yeah i didnt watch the movie lol, didnt know she started off as a peasant and becomes one at the end, now i look stupid haha

  • @Spec0pleader Their are a lot of white princesses already...AND IM NOT RACIST

  • @Mariskaah yeah, but it made sense...

  • @Spec0pleader kinda sounds like it. whats wrong with there being a black princess?

  • @whatsupitsImari nothing wrong. its just that id never heard of a black princess in history. it makes sense in the movie now because i didnt know she started off normal and married a prince thus ending up being a princess lol

  • @Spec0pleader well there have been like nefertiti

  • @whatsupitsImari yeah but i was talking modern times lol

  • @Spec0pleader Wait.....Not trying to start anything but you do know most Disney Princesses didn't start out as princesses. Except Ariel, Jasmine, & Pocahontas. & Only Ariel was white, & she wasn't even human so she's not even apart of history :/~ Disney is magical & is barely correct when they go off of historical events anyway. It's always turned happy-go-lucky for kids. Don't worry too much about a different race princess :)~

  • @KawaiiYaLie haha okay lol

  • @Spec0pleader uh why?

  • @LittleRainbowMiss why what?

  • @Spec0pleader why do you think she should be white? :D

  • @LittleRainbowMiss nevermind that, i just thought that she was a black girl born in to royalty which is really unlikely in the west, i didnt know that she was originally an ordinary black girl who became a princess by ending up with the prince in the end lol

  • @Spec0pleader awh ok, sorry then, I didn't follow the conversations... (:

  • @LittleRainbowMiss haha no worries :P

  • Ok why did they make her friend so irritating?

  • @schehry What?! She is funny...aww you didn't like her?

  • 1:50 Whoah. Animal cruelty! Poor lil' kitty!

  • Uploader

Y U NO UPLOAD THE REST OF MOVIE??!!?!?

  • 1000th comment! Anyway, what up with all the stupid racist comments? You guys overreact to everything nowdays. All they're doing is just trying to be politically correct if any case. It's better that than having know that they could've made it all "flowers and cakes" for what was America before. You all know the history and it wasn't perfect times, and that's all they're showing.

But yeah, I liked this movie. It brings back the good times. Plus the hard work into animation again. :D

  • first black princess....and she's a frog for the majority of the movie.....

lol,ah well,I STILL love this movie

  • "Why I'd expect nothin' less from the finest seamstress in New Orleans."

  • Ugh. I knew that if I came here I'd find all this bickering =_= SHUT UP AND ENJOY THE MOVIE!!!

  • how the hell is this racist? i saw this and i dont see how its racist... people now in days are justs tupid or take everything over the top.

  • If Disney made more films like this, the world would be better place 3_3

  • It's always funny when cats get petrified! :p

  • "Hey Everyone! I made Gumbo! :D" the cutest sence from when she's little :D

  • Finish it on freecartoons. It is free, high quality and easy to find out. For me, this animation is refreshingly funny and surprisingly sweet. It is not predictable and typical, so be free to let it to take you to this little strange, but interesting new world. I enjoyed it, every minute!! I really recommend this!

  • i really oved this movie.................especially the vodoo idea

  • the only reason i liked this movie is because it's alike to classic disney style

  • tiana and aurora=)

  • Ah! Traditional animation. I miss it. Why must everything change for something more technological like 3D animation?

  • a black princess does make sense its called moving on and evolving. every show and movie and disney princess is mostly nothin but white people and people need to realize that there are blacks asians latins and more in the world and make more shows movies etc. about them

  • @ashisepicallyawesome Well, there was Jasmine...Mulan may not of been a princess but she was still a good Disney classic, and TECH Simba's daughter in Lion King 2 is an African princess.

  • @ashisepicallyawesome An education for you: The Princess and the Frog is based on a Brothers Grimm tale, and they were Germans.

Why don't nonwhites create their OWN technology and their own movies instead of just demanding that White people include more of them? It doesn't make sense for White people to make movies where nonwhites are the main characters.

If the situation were reversed, Black people certainly would not be so enthusiastic to include White characters.

  • @ThothX I'm not disagreeing with you on that proposal but I'm being realistic. You know damn well if we tried that and were remotely successful, I guarantee the majority white population would have issue with it. BET was purchased by a White guy years ago. It's actually VERY common for screenplays, books and movies written with black/non white characters are often modified when they go mainstream. The Avatar, Wizard Of Earthsea, The Matrix to name a few. Like I said, I agree with your idealism.

  • poor kitten....

  • Black princess??? This just don't make any sense...

  • @Skitzobilly life don't make sense, try getting one!

  • Tangled was better! This movie went through two different time periods! Unless they were time travelers then it would make sense!

  • @TheLordDialga Tangled wasn't better! Tangled was 3D, not old skool. Sorry kid!

  • @TheLordDialga What do you mean? The movie stayed in 1920's New Orleans the whole time.

  • Am I the only one who thinks the white chicks dad sounds like Captain Spaulding?

  • Poor kitty....

  • that poor cat!

  • best movie..worth to watch it in webmovietube

  • i love charlotte!! shes so funny!!!

  • one of my favourite movies :)

  • the only disney movie in the last 5 years that is classic even though its new, i might be wrong but whatever

  • @llama1498 thats why i like it, cuz they kept the same animation

  • It is a nice move

  • why did the people turn white?

  • @88banjo it's showing, for some odd reason, all the sketeches and pre-animation and pre-colored animation used to actually produce this. What you're seeing is a culmination of literally thousands of hours and thousands of pictures being put together, and flashed on the screen really fast to produce an animated movie

  • People keep commenting on how this will never be a classic disney. But they all started like this.

  • 'They were maharried' Funny how she pronounces that:P

  • @channiej1993 that's how we talk here, baby :]

  • i like the disney classics, but this movie is close enough so i like it :D

  • 162 dont like frogs

  • I really hope disney will do more 2d animations. they don;t need to do the fairytale stories over and over with each movie. i hope they spread their branches

  • this movie is awesome..going to watch this in webmovietube

  • I agree that Disney has brought out some more recent good movies but you must acknowledge that since the classics they have continued on classics such as Pocahontas,Bambi and Fox and the Hound which are all classics and atleast in my opinion they have butchered the movies especially Pocahontas they should've just left it the way it was

  • @lovesmovies477 I disagree. I felt she simply talked with a Southern accent, like the rest of the characters. When I first saw the film I enjoyed it but wasn't a huge fan, but it gets better with every viewing for me personally. As for her being unlikable, I thought she was much better than the trailers portrayed her. I fully respected her desire to go for her dreams. To each his own I suppose =)

  • Is anyone else disappointed that even though Disney FINALLY has a African-American princess, they still couldn't get out of the stereotypical mold? I LOVED the scene where she's singing about what she wants her restaurant to look like, and I saw the art for that outfit before I saw the movie, she had beautiful black hair Then switch to this and she has straight hair. Why? Why did they have to white wash her for them to consider her beautiful?

  • @AyanaLinval

    ...I think your knit picking

  • @zlkimagenX

It's not nit picking, it's true. Disney is geared towards kids and youths. The princesses are created and marketed to be "role models" to be emulated. So if you only depict European features on even the other ethnic princesses and heros what will they think? Tiana didn't look black, she looked like she had a black relative somewhere down the line and all the rest of her family was white. It's a shame because she looked far more beautiful in the concept art anyways.

  • @AyanaLinval whoa wait what are you smokeing? tianas relatives are all black and have you seen her nose compared to other disney princesses? she is a buetiful hardworking black princess through and through your knit picking i mean for gods sake the movie is not even about race it's about true love yet race is all you freaking care about.

  • @zlkimagenX

Are you reading what I'm writing? I said Tiana LOOKS like she has white relatives and a less recent black ancestor. I have seen her nose compared to the other princesses, and yes it is a tiny, itsy bitsy bit wider, but not by very much. She is still very white washed, in fact I've had this conversation before with a friend. Trace Ariel's face, then trace Tiana's face at a 3/4 angle. Their faces are almost identical except Tiana has slightly bigger lips.

  • @AyanaLinval ....nit picking. I 'm sorry but I don't see it i don't know what kind of horrible racesism you have went through your life but I can tell it's scared you very badly I mean honestly why is that your so hung up on tiny facial features (which can be found on black girls) and I am not. (I am black too) her skin is dark, her hair is black, her nose is bigger as is her lips and just because there not as big as they could be you think she's white washed? You traced her face really? wow...

  • Noses that small show up on black women with white ancestor or who know plastic surgeons. Looking at pictures like Beyonce and Rianna don't count as real black women because they've been carved up and their beauty tainted. He hair may be dark but it is not African American hair, sorry. There were no weaves or chemical treatments back then. She has long wavy hair like you see today in the media being depicted as beautiful, not real African American hair. She did in the original drafts, and it was

  • @AyanaLinval you may be right about her hair but still she's black enough for me my mother had hair like hers. in the 1960's do you think they cared if she had curly hair or no? the would have been just a racsists. why then are we makeing such a fuss about her hair? try focusing on the positives of the movie. Like you said her skin is dark and she aint bleached.

  • beautiful. I'm not saying that she should look like some racist character, but for it to represent the first black princess with genuine African American beauty. But you are right in one respect, at least her skin is dark, not that bleached out none sense.

  • @zlkimagenX

Like I said, the story may be about true love, but it implies to young girls that they can only truly be beautiful and have their happy ending if they conform to a certain mold. Disney like the general media has depicted the "black" heroine as white washed. Look at Beyonce, Rianna, and now Tiana, all thin nosed, all paler skin, all straighter haired. What do you think that does to young black girls who have their natural features that are almost never represented as beautiful.

  • @AyanaLinval Tiana is a hell of allot blacker than Rianna and beyonce. (No blond hair.) I don't belive the animaters of this film are trying to send subliminal messages to black girls that or any girl for that matter. Even if she did have white relatives way back when (this is not too long after the slave trade.) SOOOO WHAT! I have scottish in my blood does that make me white washed? they made a movie about a dark skined girl at least thats a start.

    Your too negative.

  • @AyanaLinval

Really? Okay so what is Esmerelda, Pocahantus, Lilo...white as snow? So that whole white washed theory of yours is BULLSHIT!

  • @its1tym4urmind

Key word being PRINCESS. Esmerelda is a Gypsy, Gypsies ARE white people, they are Roman who get very tanned due to being nomadic. White = Caucasian originating from Europe, Rome is in Europe. Gypsies = Roman, Roman = White, Esmerelda = White, Esmerelda =/= Princess. Pocahontas =/= Princess, she was a chieftain's daughter. You have no idea how pissed off many of the native American groups got when they thought they were calling her a Princess, and Disney had to release a

  • statement saying that they are classifying her as a Disney heroine and NOT a princess. Pocahontas =/= Princess. Lilo.... really, are you serious? Lilo =/= Princess.

  • i love how tiana looks so African its just beautiful ive always loved African features and im Caucasian Latina i got kinda pissed off when people were complaining that she looked stereotypically black? what? did they want Cinderella actually covered in cinders to play tiana?

  • I really don't see the magic. I think Disney lost it somewhere between the 1950's and 2000. sigh

  • @gigirox18 then you have not seen tangled yet

  • the rough sketch sequences are really annoying.

  • "You're gettin that dress, put that is IT. No more Mr. Pushover......now who wants a puppy?"

  • keep pressing 2.

  • 0:43 poor cat

  • Comment removed

  • webmovietube is the best place to watch movies onle for free..njoy

  • she is officially a princess, the first Black Princess in Disney history and maybe the first and probably last Disney Princess for the last 10 years

  • @vergilheartnet Jasmine and Pocahontas are black disney princesses

  • @cabinthree Jasmine is arabian, Pocahontas is umm, red indian?????

  • @vergilheartnet red indian as in Native american? i get confused about this one

  • @IceInMySnowCone Yes. "Red Indian" is the term used in many European countries for Native Americans, to differentiate between Indians from India.

  • The Lion King was better.

  • She is my favorite Disney princess <3 I hate those people who say she's not a Disney princess because her movie wasn't made "back then"

  • i love the animation in this movie! why couldn't disney do all their movies like this?

  • why is baby Tiana wearing lipstick? O_o

  • great a black princess! COming SOon: Hispanic Princess! or Hispanic Prez :)

  • @879SCSP Disney said its stop making fairty tale movies, but Hispanics are usually white, native american black or any race. :)

BESIDES, we still have The 3 Caballeros. XD

  • i liked it... but i really wish they were human for a little more of the movie! yes i know it's the princess and the FROG... but they are soo cute as humans!!!

  • Just an amazing piece of craftsmanship.this movie that you can find on cartoonsi.co.cc is funny, extremely moving, and also very suspenseful!

  • Is it just me, or is the dad pretty sexy?

  • am I the only one who remebers what else disney does well?

    Crappy sequels.

  • Why when it gets to the part when the father comes into the picture, they all go pencil/transparent or colored white? Hmmm

  • @wildfire04j pheew, i thought that was just me...

  • @Riixox Not just you baby! Not at all! It does , however, take a very observant and analytical eye to catch that and bring it into perspective! Glad you caught that! Nice!

  • @wildfire04j This particular clip was released as an extra on some DVD or another a while before "Princess and the Frog" came out, so it wasn't fully finished.

  • @2wingo Well the first half was finished! looked great to me lol!

  • I want to know where Charlotte's dad had that puppy before he gave it to her.

  • Second word:

    Dickriders.

ahahha hope you get what i'm saying.

  • One word:

    Obama.

    lawl

  • Their accents make me want to move to New Orleans!

  • Great movie! But no one has mentioned that Tiana's mother is played by Oprah Winfrey. The big O should do more voiceovers and movies.

  • @DigitalDezinesCEO

    aww man really??

and here i thought that caracter was really sexy..you ruined it.

  • @DigitalDezinesCEO ....that's not oprah yo

  • @sweetlovewhit Yes, that is Oprah's voice.

  • @sweetlovewhit yes it is

  • I ADORE THIS MOVIE! This is the only movie that will come in handy when I'm baby sitting. I like every disney princess movie... The classics are great but they were soon to die out. This movie is a little modern in this generations child humor. Honestly people who care if she is black. It's a great cartoon. Next up... Hispanic ;)

  • this was the first animated movie for black ppl to ever be made!

  • @janirwin16 Just like you are the first internet troll I've ever seen!

  • @leejesm Wow. And your the gayest man i've ever seen!
