  • May each of you know of Jesus' love, grace and forgiveness by His death on the cross and his resurrection. God grant you all mercy and grace according to His love and kindness. Very beautiful signing :)

  • I have been an interpreter for 33 years. This is one of the most emotionally uplifting and stunningly well ASL'd songs I have EVER seen. I am not even remotely religious, nor do I profess a belief in any particular dogma, but this rendition of this song, brought a tear to my eye. Thank you for sharing this.

  • Thank you so much. This is beautiful. My very first deaf friend passed away on July 5 and this was her favorite hymn. I was asked to sign it at her services.

  • Lovely! Thanks Mercedez!!! God bless ~SH

  • So awesome & helpful--I will be signing this at a funeral service this evening--Hope to conve it half as good!

  • Fabulous!!!

  • That was brilliant !

  • well done!

  • absolutely beautiful. and i would like to add - who cares what form of language it's all God's love.

  • I cried when I watched this. I am deaf and wish I could sign like that!

  • I have interpreted all my life being the baby daughter of deaf parents, and I have to say the rendition given here is spiritually haunting...bravo!

  • beautiful!!

  • Wow!!

  • From one Interpreter to another, I have to say that was so Beautifully done.."Shaking hands in the air".

  • This is Beauty!

  • this is amazjng because some deaf people cannot do this without having an interpreter helping them

  • The only reason a Deaf person needs an interpreter when doing music is because they can't hear the timing of the words!

    DUH

  • As a Deaf person, I have no problem with doing songs in ASL without the assistance of an interpreter. Check out my song for the Star-Spangled Banner as an example.

  • I can hear what she sings. It is beautiful!

  • Beautiful!!!!!!

  • Beautiful! *****

  • This is really awesome !!!!!!

    Holebi's Holebis ♥♂♂,♀♀♥

  • Very touching. How nice, Deaf people can hear this important song also !

    Thanks for posting,

    Steven

  • REALLY NICE : DEAF PEOPLE CAN NOW HEAR THIS SONG (made by a slavetrader when he repented and stopped with slavery a couple of hundred years ago), THROUGH American SIGN LANGUAGE, and sung by Lee Ann Rimes.

Thanks !!!, goes to my friends.

    From The current JL-(= prophet / mystic)-channel.

  • as a deaf person myself, I have found this video to be the way a song should be signed. I like the concept of like "found" you signed that in english then signed that in ASL like you are putting both the english and ASL together so if deaf don't understand ASL they can understand English and vice versa. Wonderful job!

  • What if the Deaf person doesn't know English very well?

I prefer songs interpreted into ASL not English.

  • If I am not mistaken, asl is a universal language.

  • Tmoore: that is where you are wrong. ASL is not a universal Language. ASL: American Sign Language. People in Paris do not speak English. So people in Paris have FSL. FSL= French Sign Language.

  • asl is only in the U.S. There is also British Sign language, French, Mexican, Mayan and more sign languages. Just like spoken languages, geographical locations give rise to different sign languages.

  • your emotion is really good. i get nervous when signing in front of people so plz tell how you do it with such ease. thnx 4 postin

  • Don't know how she does, but I pray and let God do what He does: Use me; use us!!!

Sure at first I was SCARED! I think I trembled the whole time.

But at a church that size (almost 4,000 people - just a few deaf by now, but God's working and they're receiving Christ as their Savior), you can be always nervous or really let God have His way and be at ease.

God Bless you, so you can do what He wants you to with ease!

  • hey ! i was wondering can any1 give me any websites that have videos or nything-im trying to learn sign language from the internet 4 free so any tips r appreciated !!! thx !

  • PURE ASL!!!! AWESOME. ONE of the best ASL songs on youtube. I have seen many songs by people trying to sign in ASL , only to find they are not really doing ASL. I still have goosebumps on my arms just from watching this beautiful song. AWESOME!!!!!!

  • Smile.. Yeah she is Deaf so kinda makes it even more amazing!! I was pickin' on her trying to make her laugh also. Pray for her as she is now engaged!! hehe

  • Yes she is awesome!! Believe it or not, the girl signing the song is Deaf, so that's why it's more true ASL I guess.

Oh and the voice?? LeAnn Rimes

  • this is very beautiful song and that voice is absoloutly amazing !!! im very proud Oh happy day :) xx

  • That was so AWESOME! BEAUTIFUL! PRIASE THE LORD..

  • AMAZING!!! i lost half of my hearing two years ago, so i know what amazing grace should sound like but with sign it's more graceful. God works in AMAZING ways and i can tell that this is one of them.

  • That was beautiful. It made me cried.

  • That was beautiful!!!! Mine doesn't look this good... :(
