@NinjaWorldProd yes it was something with the logic board that went wrong. Ive got it fixed and its back now and working great.

By the way if that is a Intel based system, the reset is done as follows:
Pull Battery, remove power cord, hold power button for 5 seconds, then install battery and power cord then boot it up and see if it works.

This might be caused by the power management bug, try resetting your SMC it might help if it is the PM problem.

My brothers macbook pro did the same thing, The problem was a dead logic board.
