Neither team has dominated the other for 20 years and both USA and MEX are above average teams in world standings for the past 20 years...it is highly improbable that either team will win the world cup and rarely meet in the world cup...i have no idea why anyone would think otherwise

@RIGSVIIVII still "better" ? how so? maybe historically but since around 1999-2000 USA has dominated Mexico beating them in qualifying 2-0 and in the world cup 2-0 while Mexico only manages to squeak out 1 goal wins in Mexico (1-0 or 2-1) USA has also won 3 gold cups against mexico's 2 since 2000 and the last one in 2009 mexico only won because USA send its "C" team since they had just beaten Spain 2-0 in the confederations cup and had to rest and let the best players return to their clubs.

Yo soy Mexicano y los comentarios estupidos que dejan. La verdad la Seleccion Mexicana tiene un muy buen equipo al igual que el Estadounidense. En los Ultimos 10 anios ellos han sido mucho mejores que nosotros. Lamentablemente ellos son muy disiplinados y la verdad respetan mucho el trabajo de los Directores Tecnicos. Cosa que Nosotros los Mexicanos no hacemos. Hoy en Dia USA es el Gigante de la Concacaf, esperemos algun dia volver a recuperar ese primer lugar
