  • i just had my baby. i started your workouts during my second trimester.my labor went so well and fast. i had contractions for two hours got to the hospital and twenty five minutes later i had my baby. now im waiting a couple months so i can start working out again..

  • @ltl8390 Congrats! Glad to hear it went great - supermom! Enjoy your precious baby and join us in 6 weeks for some great postnatal fitness. Tell that baby how much you love you already have every chance you can.

  • @ladiesman414 This video is a stretch to allow you to more effectively work your abs...check out some of my other videos for abs and obliques. These exercises are safe and effective for pregnant women, which means they are safe for everyone.
