I don't know anything about cold electricity but I do know that if one sandwiches a copper plate in between two nickel plated neo disc magnets, the copper plate will fuse with the nickel and will form puddles of molten liquid without heat. I do this with my Tracmag videos on Youtube.
Doesn't the electrolysis eat away at the copper? Typically when you have electrolysis in a home on copper pipes the electrolysis from the water can eat away the copper. If this is the case it would be hard to consider this reliable as the copper lines in the water would eventually disappear.

it does. I dont believe the same will happen if you use carbon rods instead of the copper wires.
