  • dang what a channle

  • those are huge for channel cats.... seriously those are far beyond average.

  • @cypressride It's not uncommon to catch ones that big there.

  • Why don't you keep it???????? DUH! that's why you catch catfish

  • @YungLoveRecords You won't see many people keeping catfish where we were fishing. Not many people eat catfish around there, especially out of that river hehe. They are fun to catch, that's why we catch catfish.

  • Cool, can't wait to see what you catch. :)

  • i shore fish for any kind of cat i use worms fish liver and crawfish and never even got a bite any tips

  • You sure you got any catfish in them waters? You should have gotten at least some bites. Come down to Alabama, and try your luck.

  • yeah i fish at the best catfish lakes in ohio

  • Wow, maybe it's your presentation then. When you fish worms, don't thread them, just hook them over and over again. Or try blending all your bait together with a little flour and make a dough bait. You have the right baits, so if that doesn't work, then your probably need to move a few feet left or right, or you need to cast further or closer to the bank.

  • Man that's a nice fish, I live up in Montana and they don't get that big but I am going down to the Missouri River breaks up by Canada, what kind of set up do you use? and what pound test? Thanks for the info

  • We use 3 ounce egg weights and a slip sinker. Braided line pretty much 25lbs and up. I don't like losing them to broken lines heh. Can't remember what I have on mine right now, I think 30lb. He was using a smaller rod, I use an actual catfish rod. Thanks!

  • That's my white rod you can see leaning against the side on the vid of the first cat.

  • what do you fellas use for bait?

  • We usually use either shrimp or cut up goldeye. The goldeye works better it seems.

  • how much did that weigh? 20-30 lbs?

  • We didn't actually weigh them but that would be a good guess.

  • NICE ONES
