They give more stat bonuses. More accuracy and damage. I asked my friend if he thinks if it's a good thing or not. He said IT IS A GOOD THING!

select the clips. Go to effects, scroll down, and use the speed up x2 effect. Drag it to the clip.

i tried the quest today and i ran into the undead army i was going agians the quest for a hour about and im a level 74 lol

lol, i you encounter the undead army, just flee and redo it again, it's faster that way.
