You could try foundation! I use a Lancome foundation and when I'm in a grind, it helps. However your local drug store *should* carry a product alled L'Oreal De-crease. It's cheaper eye primer, and it's not so bad if you apply it evenly. Also You can try L'Oreal's HIP cream shadow paint. It comes in a variety of shades so you can coordinate it with your eyeshadow color or skintone. Hope this helps!

You don't "have" to but it does help with keeping the eyeshadow from creasing. I know some people who use concealer as a "primer" and it works just fine for them. :)

Carbon is a matte black eyeshadow. It's the matte-est black out there. By matte, I mean there's no glitter, sparkle, shimmer, frost, nothing. Black Tied has a silver sparkle to it. Hope this helps! ;)
