  • I'm curious how someone who is here illegally can join the U.S. Military in the first place? Do you not have to be a legal citizen of the U.S. to join the U.S. military??

  • wooooow i have no words i don know no wht to say

  • Americans... we can change this , call your Senators & State Rep , the Numbers are here on line . I do it daily, it only takes a few min. Call the Wa office & the State office, simply say... No one will be relected if this does not happen. Severely fine businesses who hire illegals, no more free ER care, no more anchor babies, no education to illegals or anchor babies, no more WELFARE. If they are illegal they need to go . " your voice will count" Do it & do it often.

  • Illegal immigration creates a state of poverty regarles of the country. Illegal immigration is not the solution for anyone. The waves of illegals in the USA are creating the same conditions of poverty, crime and government corruption that they had in their onw countries. If you don't beleive me just go to Los Angeles California, Chicago IL. or any other city that has been invated by illegal immigrants, to see it for your self. Its time for the American people to face it.

  • its only a matter of time america will go into a major war with another country. i live in the usa n i must say i never had so much hatred for this country.

  • @ahnzer then gtfo

  • To add insult to injury, we allow the I.C.E. agents at the Florence Arizona deportation processing center to steal the money out of their wallets that U.S. citizens give them to make it once they leave the country. I spoke to the supervisor there when this happened to someone I knew, and instead of creating an investigation, he created excuses. We should be jailing the I.C.E. agent there that is committing this THEFT!

  • Dedport them. Soldiers work for a paycheck. to hear this guy whine, he did it all out of love for America instead of the truth. He did it for self service in meeting his own needs.

He was compensated with pay. Now deport him.

  • Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are U.S. Territories and the people born there are U.S. Citizens. They can travel freely through the states. I'm a 22 year veteran of the Border Patrol. I do know the immigration laws of the U.S.

  • No, they can not. I know a woman online who lives in Puerto Rico that is restricted to come to the mainland. The judge won't allow her for some a particular reason.

  • IMMIGRATION is very Unfair !

Because of some, all IMMIGRANTS must Pay???

what happened when a AMERICAN Fuckd UP???

Is Not deporting Hard working people that is going to make AMERICA A safer cleaner place and DRUGS and VIOLENCE Free !!!Don't matter if you have family Wife Kids They still BREAK Your FAMILY apart !!!or even live and wok here for many many years and help Our Country grow They still Get DEPORTED!!!Now Tell me is This fair??? WAKE UP AMERICA WAKE UP!!!

  • Don't confuse immigrants with criminals. Immigrants come here legally. They are not a problem. Every one of the ILLEGALS (CRIMINAL INVADERS) is a criminal by definition and should be treated as a criminal. Kids born here are US citizens and should be taken from the foreign criminals who are unfit by virtue of living as fugitives, and given for adoption by Americans. That will stop the "anchor baby" problem. If the criminals don't like it, they should go home to breed.

  • Many immigrants do not come here legally, who claim they do and then try to stop others. They illegally pay off govt. officials in their own countries to step ahead of others waiting in line to come here. And allowing Cuban criminals to enter and support them with welfare awards and then deny Salvadorans or Nicaraguans isn't doing things legally, its unethical since these people all ran from dangerous situations.

  • I honestly don't care who they paid off in their own country, that's not the USA and corruption is their problem to solve. If someone comes to the border with a hard luck story and asks for refugee status, then that can be investigated and considered. But sneaking in should be automatic chain gang service for a few years and deportation with no excuses accepted.

  • Then you don't really care who enters "legally" and who doesn't, so you aren't being honest. The fact is that we treat asylum applicants like prisoners of war when they are running from dangerous situations. We are not honoring our U.N. asylum agreements regarding human rights, which could turn on us.The Agreement acknowledges international legal principles as well as with international refugee law. And we are the only barbaric country who doesn't uphold these laws.

  • We shouldn't have any relations with the UN but that's a different issue. The USA is one of the few nations that respects human rights. Anyone sneaking into the country illegally isn't asking for refugee status, they are committing a crime and should only be treated as the criminals they are. I don't care where they came from or what their situation was.

  • Look up human rights abuses in the U.S. and get back to me. You are so misguided, but that's because you take your direction from the white power groups that tell slaves like you what to think. Look up waterboarding, genius and CCA abuses.

  • Also, when a U.S. citizen requests asylum for a spouse, they should be the FIRST to enter, not deported and robbed by corrupt I.C.E. agents before their case is finished in immigration court.. At the Florence AZ deportation processing center at least one I.C.E. agent steals money provided by U.S. family members right before deportation. We should investigate & prosecute I.C.E. agents that do this and put THEM on a chain gang. Our focus should be to clean up Homeland Security so they have ethics.

  • If the spouse is already here, having entered illegally, then hey should only be given a place on the chain gang for a few years prior to deportation like any other foreign criminal. I think anyone caught in the US illegally should never be allowed to enter again. As for the ICE, sure, any corruption should be punished, but I really don't care if the criminal invaders loose anything, everything they have should be confiscated and those who assisted them prosecuted.

  • You moron, stop learning your views from white convicts in the Minutemen and start thinking for yourself. When I.C.E. is ripping off U.S. citizens who offer their relatives applying for asylum money to be safe once deported, they are stealing from U.S. citizens, you moron. Depending on the amount stolen, it is a felony. But then, you are nothing more than a slave, so why I am I arguing with someone beneath me? You appear to be intellectually disadvantaged enough that the white man owns you.

  • Your family was brought here illegally when the slaves were brought to this country. Maybe we should deport you for being a CRIMINAL INVADER too, just as the Europeans arrived here illegally. You sound as if you have been bought by the white man and turned back into their slave!

  • ROTFLMAO! You want to make laws retroactive to previous generations?

My family came here legally, but it was under British law at the time. Slavery was legal for another 100 years after that. But since my family was neither slaves or owners it seems you are against talking without understanding what you are talking about.

  • Your family had no more documents to arrive here than the immigrants of today. You are simply too stupid to realize this and that's why you have become the white man's modern day slave, spewing his racial hatred and KKK rantings. Look up who you serve under the video: Who are the anti-immigrants led by. Then laugh at what a little puppet you have become for white power groups. Then go look your kids in the eye and tell them daddy is a slave.

  • i cannot find the right words to thank you for expressing MY opinion short and sweet.

  • words of wisdom

  • that guy is hot

  • Im in love with Dereck

  • Aren't all Americans descendants of illegal immigrants?

  • YES!

  • fuck you, i mean rape you

  • this goes to show that not only are some latinos immigrants, theres blacks, asians etc.

  • what about all the white people from poland ingland italy etc!!!

  • illegals can not join the military. He had to have used fake documents. You don't believe me...go to ANY recruitment center and find out what has to be done to join the military.

  • yes its true.

but right now drafts are so low and there has been cases where ARMY officials lie to undocumented immigrants and guarantee them citizenship.

  • HE still risked his life, I'm willing to overlook it since he fought for the country and proven himself to be a decent citizen of the USA. Not like the chicken hawks who run the place.

  • He didn't have to fake any documents you don't have to be a U.S. citizen to join the military. The only thing you need is a work visa and you work on your citizenship while serving, there are thousands of people that do it this way. Ask any recruiter and they'll tell you the same.

  • You don't have to be a U.S. Citizen but you do have to be a Resident Alien to join - one who has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence and carries an I-551, Resident Alien Card. During the Vietnam War, non-immigrant Canadians were allowed to join and establish their Resident Alien status, but that was a special exception which has been done during different periods of our history.

  • Wrong...during the time he joined, they were lying to potential immigrants in other countries to try to get them to join for preferred immigration status. And Homeland Security didn't keep their promise and THAT is HIGHLY unethical and makes us look disgusting to the world.

  • wahahaha welcome to united states

  • buddy please please tell me you are not serious. please tell me you are just a kid who dont know what he's saying. please tell me this sir, i need to hear it, please!!!!!1

  • serving years in the armed forces deserves citizenship, but crossing a river pregnant does not, if all illegal immigrants served atleast two years in the military then they would have the American pride it takes to become citizens. The mexican immigrants who simply walk across soil and feel there entitled to the rights that partiots have died for is a outrage!

  • "American pride?" Over what? A corrupt Homeland Security that uses torture and lies about it? Corporate executives that steal from people's pensions and offer illegal loans? What the hell are you so proud of in this country? We've brought slaves here, hung them, denied children safety from the creeps that molest them. We've sent more sex tourists throughout the world than any other country. Are you proud of this? Spare me!

  • My family immigrated here to. They did it "legally" yet still faced discrimination for being immigrants. Think about it. Italians, Irish, jews, all were discriminated against. And now its Mexicans. There is no difference. If my Irish or Italian ancestors lived below the US they would cross the border if they had to even if it meant illegally as long as they could make ends meet.

  • If I was president, anyone who goes into the Navy, Army, Marines etc. for the USA gets full citizenship, no exceptions. Jesus Christ!!!!!

  • You are not elgible to join the military unless you are a U.S. Citizen or Resident Alien. A Resident Alien is a person who has been lawfully admitted for permanent resident. That person is elgible to join. A Resident Alien has to have five years of residency to become a citizen. If he/she serves in the military the requirement is three. Resident Aliens are subject to removal from the U.S. if they commit two felonies (anytime), or one felony during their first five years of residency.

  • If an illegal alien slips through the cracks and joins the military (rare these days), that person is of course, subject to removal from the U.S., criminal charges of documented false claim to U.S. Citizenship or residency (felony), and charges of fradulent enlistment (felony). I don't know this guys whole story. Is he an illegal who enlisted fraudulently, or is he a resident alien who lost status for committing a crime or getting a bad conduct discharge? What's the deal with him?

  • Now that I think about it, I wonder why the whole story isn't told in this video.

  • Si se puede Viva Obama

     Cuba Libre

  • Every immigrant to this country arrives here in hopes of creating a better lives for themselves. Why should we allow people to ignore which laws they follow just because they lives in poor conditions. If someone wants to come to this country to work and better your life (or their family's), more power to them, but I fully expect them to follow the law and fill out the proper forms. If my family had to immigrate legally, so should they.

  • Step inside the shoes of an immigrant- play ICED - I Can End Deportation- icedgamedotcom

  • I AM an immigrant. 3rd Generation. My great grandfather came to the USA from England. He had to fill out all the proper forms and wait in line like everyone else. I don't give a fuck who immigrates to the USA, as long as they get here legally.

  • stfu. you did not immigrate here yourself. You were still born here. Furthermore you don't know what it is like to immigrate across the mexico-us border when you could get captured by coyotes or harassed by border patrol or die of dehydration. You don't know what it is like. You are not an immigrant you are a fake that is sucking up to the oppressors.

  • B.S....the immigrants that entered Ellis Island had no papers when they arrived here, just as many immigrants from the south don't now, either. Back then, they applied once they arrived on land, so you can quit the b.s. Your grandfather would have been illegal and you would have been today's anchor baby.

  • That would be my great great great grandfather, and it was South Carolina, not Ellis Island.

The floods who came to Ellis Island showed up, asked permission, were examinined, given papers, and entered with legal permission.

The criminals from Mexico aren't showing up at a station requesting to enter. They are criminal invaders and should be treated as criminal invaders.

  • The floods who came to Ellis Island never had permission to land upon these shores, any more than your criminal family had any right to land on these shores, even if they arrived here as slaves. Shame that they broke those chains of slavery and you have pulled them back on by doing the white man's dirty work for him now.

  • wow, you're truly misinformed. A lot of Europeans came over illegally. Do your research. You need to read up on immigration before you spaz out bigoted assertions that don't hold any water.

  • You didn't learn to read in parrot school, huh? Perhaps you should learn to read and think instead of mindlessly parroting your lines. You are inserting race where it's entirely irrelevant.

BTW, Al Capone robbed and murdered. Does that mean it's OK for all foreign criminals to rob and murder now? Are you really that dense?

  • lol

    You know nothing.

  • Knowing nothing is far batter than your case of knowing so much that's simple false. You only know your lines. Like any parrot, you know the words but have no idea what they mean. I never referred to or implied anything about race. I do not care if a criminal is from Europe or Mexico or Mars. You obviously consider race important, a trait that you feel compelled to attribute to those you can't understand.

  • And don't get me wrong, barring any criminal activity or such, I think foreign citizens who serve in the US military should have an automatic foot in the door to becoming US citizens. I'd even favor allowing criminal invaders to earn a green card by serving a few years in combat, if they win for us.

  • @wrjamescom if they win for us?! n what if they don't?! does their sacrifice not count?!

  • Legit immigrants' sacrifices certainly count. I was referring to criminal invaders (aka "illegal immigrants", aka "undocumented workers" aka other BS terms used to sound cleaner). The criminals' sacrifice only counts toward punishment for their crime and restitution. Some of them should be given the choice between the chain gang for a few years prior to deportation or combat where winning would earn them a green card.

  • Speaking of truly misinformed... who misinformed you regarding my comments? What moron misinformed you on the meaning of the words like "bigot"? While you are obviously extremely ignorant of this fact, some people don't care about race. But you aren't one of those.

  • You felt the need to dig up a year old comment to spout some bullshit response? Way to go.

  • And you responded to me? Don't make me laugh!

  • I had the day off, and was browsing music vids on Youtube. Forgive me for having free time. Please! You're our only hope!

  • You don't have to apologize for being a momentary little bitch. Just enjoy your moment without the apologies. Otherwise it is a bit like belching in public and apologizing for it.

  • lol, wow. You ARE full of yourself aren't you?

  • My dear, I have ALWAYS been "full of me," and you should be full of yourself also. Personally, I can't STAND those who don't have a certain value of themselves. Mostly because people like you leave me feeling that way when they try to come off with some Cirque de déluré approach to these comment boards and then explain themselves as if they lack confidence.

  • See, here I am making sarcastic remarks to a silly internet hate monger, and all you can come up with is some cockamamie drivel about how people don't take the INTERNET seriously. I mean... really. Maybe it isn't that anyone lacks confidence. Maybe it's just they don't want to put up with your La Raza hate speech about Latino Supremacy.

  • Nice try, but you sound like you are explaining yourself once again. What's up with that? Why do you feel you have to justify yourself so much? Who cares how others perceive the internet or you or me for that matter? Do I even know you? Or maybe its that you have learned like most racists that America doesn't want YOUR hate speech, and you feel you have to try to overpower a Latina who doesn't buy your b.s. And MAYBE, you realize you are in over your head with an educated Latina who owns you!

  • Book smart, you may be; however, even a literary genius has no excuse for bigotry. Show me where I have spouted hatred? You see a year old post and start tearing into it calling my family criminal, tearing into other peoples' posts spouting your racist repetior, and then have the gaul to believe that your posts are morally superior? You are deluded. Sie haben eine Krankheit im Kopf, Bordellwirtin.

  • Oh dear, Im MUCH smarter than mere books! So smart that Ive exposed your hyperbolic attempts to use the rhetoric of KKK types when they claim reverse racism" to shut down conversation, calling minority authored posts the standard La Raza or Muslim hate speech. Smart enough to expose your real agenda-one spawned from organizations like the National Alliance AKA Nazi party. Calling people of color anti-American. Smart enough to know a person parading around under veiled hatred. :)

  • Why I'd even say I'm brilliant enough to recognize a Nazi who can't contain his hate enough so that he is forced to expose himself in Deutches or German, and then tell me I'm deluded. But I have to give you credit for amusing me these days, when I needed such amusement before some rather serious matters. And yet you are STILL responding to me, even after your initial post telling me how silly I was. I love an obedient bitch.

  • And here is the trap that has been laid out. I have the ability to speak German. That much is true. However, the ability to speak German does not make one a Nazi. I would have thought an EDUCATED person would realise this. It seems, though, that while you put forth the illusion of education and righteousness, you are as blinded by hate as those you so readily berate. (For the record, it's the National Socialist German Workers Party. I thought a Socialist would know these things.)

  • The ability to speak German does NOT make one a Nazi, but your racist ideas do! And your need to broadcast these ideas here does as well. Also, the National Alliance has ties to the National Socialist Workers Party, which has nothing to do with socialism, but everything to do with fascism. No socialist worth their salt would align them self with your racist affiliations and men like William Pierce. They degrade the memories of men who died in WWII fighting these hate squads.

  • And I find it odd that you claim to be a 3rd generation American, yet you spell the word, "realize" as "realise" Are you here pretending to be American to stir up racial hatred here? Methinks you are a pretender! Now go stir up your hate in your own country and leave mine alone!

  • Well, let's see... I was born in Hawaii, my Father was born in Rhode Island, and my grandfather was born in Connecticut. My Great Grandfather emigrated from England. So that makes me 3rd generation. :)

Please, show me where I've made racist comments. I would love to see how asking that everyone follow the laws of the land would be construed as racist.

  • You DO realize you just changed your story again, don't you? Before, it was your GRANDFATHER who emigrated here. Keep your lies straight my Nazi pal. Racist comments? Saying that I'm spreading "La Raza hate speech about Latino Supremacy," qualifies and tells it all. I never said once that I feel Latinos are superior. I wouldn't! Because I'm white AND Latina, moron!

  • And you still spelled realize the European way. In America, we don't spell it "realise." Take care of your own country's immigration issues and leave mine alone, liar.

  • Hey, if you'd take the time to scroll up to find my original comment, you'd see that I did say my GREAT grandfather. I haven't changed my story at all. Yet, you still insist on spreading hateful propaganda without any basis of fact. Fact stands, I am a bilingual American citizen by birth. My great grandfather immigrated legally to the United States, and I feel that everyone else should be required to follow the laws that everyone else has to. No exceptions. No special treatment.

  • Everyone should be required to follow the SAME laws that everyone else had to when they immigrated to the U.S. If they arrive here as your grandfather did, without documents, they should have EQUAL opportunity, NOT LESS OPPORTUNITY because of race or culture! As you said, NO ONE, not Europeans of yesterday or Mexicans of today should have special treatment or discriminatory policies applied against them. On THAT we agree. If this happened there would be no "illegals," but racism changed that.

  • And I'll add one more...family members of U.S. citizens and asylum applicants should have FIRST priority, no matter WHERE they come from, not less! That is not happening today. It used to during your father's and grandfather's time. I know, because my mother immigrated here from Argentina as the dependent spouse of a U.S. citizen and my husband can not as the dependent spouse of a U.S. citizen.

  • First priority sounds like special treatment to me.

  • First priority for U.S. citizens SHOULD be a priority. After all...we pay TAXES! But ho ho ho to you and Merry Christmas for all your wisdom, in spite of your hate.

  • Everyone should remember that this is a Land of Immigrants since the begining!! The only true natives of the whole western world are natives & when europeans came they did not ask permision to enter they just did & took over the lands.

  • Also, law says that only aliens can be deported. An alien is anyone who is not a citizen or a national of this country. Congress defined national to be a person who has "permanent allegiance to the US." Obviously, to be willing to die for a country is more than enough to show allegiance to a country. But 2nd US Circuit Court of appeals recently rejected this idea. They argued that only persons born on the territories of US are nationals.

  • Actually he is a green card holder. He said it at the very begining of the video that he entered US as a lawful permanent resident 25 years ago. He was ordered removed under 1996 anti-terrorism and de-legalization laws which Republican congress and Bill Clinton passed into law.

  • This comment was to "senselocke" comment.

  • Also, the debate on immigration doesn't make any sense on technical grounds like "why do illegals come here" since history should remind people that America is not just a nation of immigrants but also a nation that has the blood of millions of Red Indians on its hands.

  • Someone said- "he speaks well for an immigrant". I bitterly resent this statement since many immigrants are not just highly skilled in oratory but also contribute in more ways to the American Society than the native.

The stereotype of an immigrant as a bumbling illiterate half-wit is rooted in an ignorance that pervades societies around the world.

  • google 'Freedom's Enemies, Barack Hussein Obama', by Beckwith.

  • well, he obviously deserves it more than you. You've served in the military? Been in war? Defended the USA? No? Well, then I guess "your worng" in criticizing him.

  • I ment to comment someone else's reply. see below: I'm not quiet sure how how it went to you email.

RE: "bt071971" (4 months ago) Perhaps if we ease the immigration laws and make it easier to give out green cards we can enlist more immigrants to fight our wars. Hmmm... now I see Bush's plan in clarity thanks.

  • I swear to god I didn't know how bad America is for human right..

I was gonna leave UK and start a new life in USA but fuck that shit ...

USA can kiss my ass ...

  • Wow thats scary

  • How does he not have to be citizen to be in the US Army? The US government takes advantage of people, and the world.

  • Step inside the shoes of an immigrant- play ICED - I Can End Deportation- icedgamedotcom

  • Green Card holders with even minor misdemeanors can be deported under harsh 1996 laws. Checkout immigrantsunited dot com and familiesforfreedom dot org

  • Actually, INA (8 USC § 1101) defines "national" to be a "person who has permanent allegiance to the US." And, of course, only aliens can be deported. An "alien" is a person who is neither a citizen nor a national. However, 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals recently rejected this argument. They argued that only people who are born on the US territories are nationals.

  • Be All You Can Be - and when we are done with you...oh well...on your own!

  • Freedom is an illusion, nobody has freedom nor do we have control over our lives all we have are illusions.

  • He talks well for being an immigrant. 25 yrs isn't long; some people keep an accent for life. I'm surprised he did get deported. I'm sure there's something more to it than just coming back from the military. However, who knows? Wrong place, wrong time. Get a life above the race card: we're over that now, no matter how much you want it to still exist.

  • to bt071971, it was nice of you to post the requirements for naturalization, however it has been proven countless times that usual laws and requirements dont always pertain to black men. I am not saying that he didn't have something to do with his own deportation, but I certainly wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he didn't.

  • Sad.

  • Sounds like story heard long time ago, a guy named clausus clay got punished for draft evasion.

  • Its because hes black

  • racist

  • racist

  • Perhaps if we ease the immigration laws and make it easier to give out green cards we can enlist more immigrants to fight our wars. Hmmm... now I see Bush's plan in clarity thanks.

  • I guess since it's tougher to recruit our high school students we can recruit those who seek citizenship instead. Could be a great career move for them, give them the jobs nobody wants (going into battle) and they get citizenship if they are good soldiers and survive.

  • Gotta love those Think Tanks!

  • You've got to listen more carefully. He said he entered USA as a lawful permanent resident 25 years ago. He was already a green card holder way before he joined the Army. He was ordered deported because he had a criminal conviction.

  • you should have filed the N-400 application. It's free to apply for military personnel. However you do have to be of good moral character, so if you have a police record your application probably wasn't approved. Sorry, good luck in your home country.

  • Military personnel get top priority of immigration naturalization and they do not have to pay the application fee's either. If his application was denied it must have been for a good reason. Hate to see anyone who served our military get deported, but I'm sure there's a little bit more to the story they aren't telling us. Specifically why his application was denied.

  • The requirements for Naturalization include:

    1. Must be 18 years of age

    2. Must possess a green card

    3. Good Moral Character (must not have a felony)

    4. Support and defend the constitution.

    5. Ability to speak English

    6. Successfully pass an American History exam.

    7. Take an Oath of Allegence.

  • This important question is unique because it links two crucial issues, immigration & the current war on terror. How can we fight a Global war when we criminalize many of the very people who are willing to fight and die for our nation! Well done video.
