The program to cut a circle is a bit complex for the Brick. It would require "circular interpolation". This adds to one axis (X or Y) and subtracts from other axis. Also the +/- sign must change depending on the quadrant.

Yes, it is hardened bread from the microwave and painted black for contrast. It is cutting with a broken drill bit.
