You can hear Seven Summers on WE7's Matt Cardle radio. In America you can only get 7S, because Letters has not been released here yet, but in the UK, you can get the entire Letters album too. Matt and the 7S band get paid for every play as song writers and artists, just like on broadcast radio. Lots of other current Brit artists, just give them thumbs up or down and they will or won't play on your channel.

This is an amazing, beautiful and wonderful song. I have listened to it thousands of times and never get tired of it, to me it just soars and resonates. I truly love this song from the wonderful Matt Cardle.

Turns out that all of the songs Matt co-wrote (all of them except MOH and RFYL) are absolute crackers. There are several really beautiful songs like this on the 'Letters' album, plus some great blues influenced stuff and a couple of hard rockers, like Picture of You. Fantastic album!

He is still with the band, they just released this album themselves at the start of january. You can go to seven summers twitter page and find out that they have another album in the making. Matt went on x factor to get exposure and when it finishes he is going back to the band and we are going to see this album riding high in the charts. This is the sound that has been missing from our airwaves for too long!! Wish matt and the band all the success.

@iris22d unfortunately I don't think that's true (although I hope it is, I loved Seven Summers long before Matt went on X-factor, and think he's way better when not singing songs like bleeding love) have you ever noticed that minus the winner you don't here from the other acts until the following series starts? All the acts that get through to the live finals are contracted with the x-factor for 12 months even if they aren't chosen to go on the tour unfortunately :-(

@betover68 its true they feel that way, but in fairness he is the band. you could get a session band together and you wouldnt know the difference. I cant be sure but Matt prob wrote the songs which the lead singer usually does. He just realised that his only option of getting the exposure he wanted,wud be to go it alone. them 3 lads are ten a penny ,there is millions of them around the world. matt is extremely talented so he deserves all he gets. Harsh on the other lads, but thats life.
