What a disgusting excuse for a "judge". If he doesn't know the name of the plaintiff, on what authority is he acting on for remedy and recourse? There simply can not exist any civil or criminal action without a plaintiff, so there shouldn't even have been a hearing since the damaged party doesn't even exist - and the judge CLEARLY didn't know who that person or entity was. I hope you appealed it, but the issue hear is jurisdiction since the court is making up plaintiffs out of thin air.
@RP4409 I think you're missing the whole point. If it's a civil case, the law says there must be a victim. So who is claiming damages? The state? Because if the state is claiming damages and the plaintiff, cop, and judge work for the state, there is bias and this person cannot get a fair trial. It's a conflict of interest and any judge should dismiss.
My hope: Everyone who gets a B.S. ticket takes the matter to trial, clogs up the docket, and hopefully puts pressure on the authorities to stop harassing people. At least it's worth a shot.

i received a "notice to appear". i went to the courthouse to see why they wanted an appearance by the CORPORATE NAME. i told them I am the 3rd party interveiner of a private trust that "CORPORATE NAME and the public are benefactors. I told them the fiction they wanted has appeared, now what? The so called ticket is only says to appear. That's what I did for the record. I worte to the court via certified letter that this was an appearance and no legal action can be taken against NAME.

We knew who the judge so there was no way the case was getting dismissed. That's why we did not even request a "trial" and just asked them "Where do we pay the extortion fees" because going to "trial" in a traffic "court" in this case would be a farce and only lend creditability to their scam.

Without jurisdiction....the case must be dismissed. If the judge says "guilty", an appeal is the next step. Technically, the ticket is illegal and can be beat in court if you are prepared to fight it all the way. It is time consuming, annoying, and can be expensive. Tickets are fund raisers for law enforcement. He's not an idiot.

What a disgusting excuse for a "judge". If he doesn't know the name of the plaintiff, on what authority is he acting on for remedy and recourse? There simply can not exist any civil or criminal action without a plaintiff, so there shouldn't even have been a hearing since the damaged party doesn't even exist - and the judge CLEARLY didn't know who that person or entity was. I hope you appealed it, but the issue hear is jurisdiction since the court is making up plaintiffs out of thin air.

@RP4409 I think you're missing the whole point. If it's a civil case, the law says there must be a victim. So who is claiming damages? The state? Because if the state is claiming damages and the plaintiff, cop, and judge work for the state, there is bias and this person cannot get a fair trial. It's a conflict of interest and any judge should dismiss.

There was no crime, no one claimed to be an injured party(you were on the right path) Assume common law jurisdiction(the Judge has sworn an oath) Submit to the court the Birth Certificate as the legal fiction or account. He cannot rule without your consent(he was trying to remove you so he could rule) He cannot rule if you are not competent. For example " do you understand?" No you do not understand.

A traffic infraction is not a criminal act. Had the judge explained, a traffic infraction is not a crime. It's administrative. The guy keeps making references to rules for criminal proceedings...which in fact NATION WIDE, is wrong. ALL 50 states operate this way.

i received a "notice to appear". i went to the courthouse to see why they wanted an appearance by the CORPORATE NAME. i told them I am the 3rd party interveiner of a private trust that "CORPORATE NAME and the public are benefactors. I told them the fiction they wanted has appeared, now what? The so called ticket is only says to appear. That's what I did for the record. I worte to the court via certified letter that this was an appearance and no legal action can be taken against NAME.

My point in this post, is that this is trying to be an attorney, which is STUPID. That court room is a bank, and that judge is nothing but a banker creating a constructive trust. That trust is created when they establish jurisdiction over you....

...when they call out the NAME they are in fact calling out the name of your trust/estate (SSN and BC respectively), and when you step through that BAR and answer to that NAME you allow them to establish jurisdiction over you thus surrending your sovereignty and becoming a 14th Amendment U.S. Citizen. From that point on, you are NOT a sovereign and must work within their statutes that apply to dead fictions. If you want to see a real sovereign in action, youtube "keith thompson judge"

Here, giving a copy of a ticket of the word violator is merely govt accusing you of being a violater. If you agree to plead Not Guilty and go to Trial, they will have to prove how you are violator. Nothing more dude. Here, it will be a bench trial if you got such a ticket, judge will thus decide as Neutral FactFinder

Note that this cannot be interpreted by the law as anything but an attempt TO AGREE with the judge, but with the onus of performance trnasferred to the judge by your conditions (proof of claim)!

Like your videos 4409, but you actually are wrong on this one... That being said, you could of got this case dismissed. You needed to work harder in trying to get the judge to admit that the govt essentially was the Plaintiff, and suggest that no possible fair trial could come from that.

We knew who the judge so there was no way the case was getting dismissed. That's why we did not even request a "trial" and just asked them "Where do we pay the extortion fees" because going to "trial" in a traffic "court" in this case would be a farce and only lend creditability to their scam.
The point of the video was to call them out on the ridiculous nature of the so called "ticket" and their illusion of a fair hearing
