my god, if you hear this and look at the tech from lost planet (both games had the newest engine they could use), you really realise just how much more they could've done. the design, art style and wayne ofcourse are all superb. and then you get such a weak story in both games and lack of development :( don't get me wrong i liked both games a lot (still play lost planet 2 an enormous ammount), but they could've done just so much more

You can easily compare this 3rd person shooter to 1st person shooters, because the gameplay is far more immense.

you only have teammates in the first level and they dont help at all. The restof the game is solo, but it's so awesome. Regardless you should pick this game up, it's really good. The second one is based on cooperation, but its yet to be released.

Thats the one I have. It's good. The online is more expansive than the original. You can also play people who have colonies on PC. But you can't play people with the original Lost Planet. Good game, nice choice on deciding to get it. I picked it up brand new when Circuit City was around for $10. This was before the whole "going out of busines" sale
