  • avast 5 of course

  • Avast is very overrated program. Its crap for protection and it slow down internet a little bit.

Avira, MSE and Comodo antivirus are a lot better.

    Sorry my bad english...

  • avast 5 is just recently released so it is a 100 times way better than avira and btw when avira 10 comes out in marchit will have HIPS and forgotten to say this but avast 5 free av network shield has also light intrusion prevention or i'm not sure it is even HIPS i'm not sure.

  • i don`t even know what is better - avast 5 or CIS 4 ?)))))))

  • Avast 5 and CIS 4 are both good I also have no idea which is better but I recomend you to use Avast 5 for now because CIS 4 is still in beta.

  • is this free?

  • Yes it is totally free

  • I meant CIS 4 is totally free

  • This vertion of comodo look like trend micro internet secrity their red theme is very close

  • immunet protect is coming out wit a new version which has heuristics and avast 5 beta is not really ready yet its heuristics and registeration system is not working yet.

  • soso

  • The only new thing that got my attention was TICK TICK.

  • Well, thank for you share.I think it is quite good to insert the sandbox function in this version

I have uploaded the video on another space since youtube cannot be visited properly in China

  • COMODO is good I hop this vertion is like what you say about it If that is true no boddy is going to buy the kaspersky any more

  • really really really improved, i hope it is also improved its AntiVirus and way of connecting to update.

  • Hi languy, what would you give comodo V3 out of 10?

  • Hi languy,

Awesome video, The way you superbly explained going into each tab and giving brief introduction to new tabs in version CIS v.4

It looks very good and there is no defense annoying pop-ups i liked that alot.

  • Sandbox...

    Will it support x64?

Sandboxie=FTW. GLAD TO SEE tones of products using it.

    Kaspersky 2010, Avast! 5, COMODO....

  • avira rulez

  • Avira doesnt have sandbox.

Avira doesnt have any extra shields "Behavior blocker" "HIPS" Just traditional virus-scanning. Avira has a pretty slow scanning speed, slowing down transfer speed (TEST IT BEFORE REPLAYING!)

  • Ahead is not HIPS it is merely heuristics. It does not offer protection better than HIPS.

  • btw its just normal heuristics

  • oh and btw? avast has sandbox?

  • Comment removed

  • yup it has sandbox

  • User friendly, set it and forget it...ie Norton???

How much memory is it using??? 20, 30 mb?

You know I love Norton, even at a cost,so if this is indeed better than previous version, sign me up.Used to run it on all the pc's at home. The firewall was way too confusing for the kids.

Great review...lets see some malware...Nasty stuff!!! looks very, very polished.

  • Looks like the only real change in this version is the sandbox. Everything else appears the same.

  • third lol could have been first but did not comment lol looks good i like comodo but for me it sometimes will randomly hog resouces idk y like its fine fore weeks then it starts useing 50 cpu im like ???????

  • @commando189

maybe it's cause u added in D+ group files to check tab, u added there not only executables but all groups, there's like 13 groups u can add there so D+ has to check so many things at the same time and create so many rules for several files at the same time that it needs 50% of the cpu to create all those rules. i had this 50%usage too, but now that i added only executables group to check, it solved this high cpu usage. i said maybe, but it was the reason for me.

  • Second :D

Aww, 2 minutes late for FIRST!!
