If you watch in the beginning when the bottle comes in and is added to the butter in the pan..that is the truffle oil.

The recipe isn't really written out but if you watch the video you can see the butter and oil warming and then put over the popcorn. Its really to taste.

This is unbelievable popcorn. I've made this, its not hard but it addicting!
