Add a new adjustment layer, and apply these settings:
Hue/Saturation: Saturation - 15/25, I'm not sure which.
Brightness/Contrast: Brightness - 10, Contrast - 15/25, again not sure.
Add a new solid layer, and pick a dark, orange-brown, set this to overlay, between 25-40% opacity, whichever looks best on the clip.
Then new solid layer, black, and create a circular mask all the way around the clip. Feather it to 300 and set the opacity to something around 70%, again depending on the clip.
