actually purchasing isn't the best thing. just simply study anything forsome time in the spellbook until you can craft Withbegone-E and it's made quickly so you don't lose any money, tough i suggest that for sims with poor money rather than rich sims because rich sims could purchase one to save time of developing magic skill but it still takes time before witch arrives to your home

UM if you turn into a dark witch does it make your skin green or is that only for the NPC's? lol

You don't NEED Nightlife, you can cheat. Or you can wait, they show up at community lots anyway.

Play as her and press on the sim you want to be a witch, and click "Cast Spell..." and then "Magus Mutatio" and your sim will be a witch of that alignment, so if you want them to be good, press "Good Witch", and vice versa. You can make the witch unselectable the same way you made them selectable.

You could cheat.

Press the "CTRL", "SHIFT" and "C" keys on your keyboard in-game and type:

boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

Hold down the shift button and click on the postbox. Press "more" and then "Make NPC..." (there are 2 "Make NPC..."'s and the witches are only on one) and it will say "good witch" and "bad witch" choose the witch you'd like and the witch will appear on your lot in maximum one sim hour.

Hold down shift and click on them, and press "MAKE SELECTABLE". Play as he
