Lavamaster, you have to be a moron. Seriously. Did you listen beyond the first five seconds? He's playing on top of the original song, as a kind of guiding line. He starts the recording, then the song, and can't immediately switch from pressing Play to the chord. Therefore, a one to two second delay before he starts playing. You're hearing the original in the background.

I don't think so. He has the song playing in the background to keep him on the right beat and maybe that's making the noise but I'm pretty sure he's actually playing. He puts in some nice variations during the chords as well.
