@LoveEmowolf44 Actually you can see where the heel and knees are. This is definitely one of the better ones i've seen though, as she looks very fluid.

The whole point of this video is to have people 'rent' the mermaid for parties and stuff. If it were a 'real' mermaid I'm sure people would've found out by now.

I am making a silicone tail (well experimenting until i do the real thing) and I have the neoprene fabric and the silicone, but what i am wondering... How do you make those scales? Ive tried sculpting scales by placing silicone on my neoprene and taking a tool to carve it..yeah NO. now I'm trying molds but i just cant get it to look good!!! What is your secret??!!

@Nushi2002 yeah, that's basically what it is, they range from really elaborate to swimsuit fabric sewn together. They are a lot of fun to play with for all of us who dream of being a mermaid! There are even some people who take it up as a career like Hannah Fraser. People put monofins inside them so that they can swim. They can be REALLY expensive or cheap. The cheapest way is to make one for about $20-30. The really nice ones can be bought from people who do special effects for thousands of $.
