try to run it without your forward falling momentum. If you did it right and had your hands behind the line it wouldnt have been as impressive. your not going to do that on a football field. don't do it during testing.

So, I'm going to be a sophomore starting soon, and I ran a 1.55 10 yard dash, laser timed. Is that like a legit time? I got like 4th place in my school ever, but I was just wondering if it really was something.

HUMANS can NOT time 10's. Physically impossible. The only way to get a legit time is off a laser which you will still be fast but more like a 1.6+ which is a top national time. Nice job though, you are very fast... post a laser time I would love to know what it is.
