My gf constantly sleep talks.. she's always angry at me in her sleep because I don't understand what she's saying... she'll say things like, "you're just trying to piss me off".. lol. one time she said something about, "you need to go change that thing... that we got from the vet.. that bag..." One of many episodes.. they are always entertaining.

My ex used to talk in her sleep and I had a good time because she was saying things so absurd and irrelevant it was funny! She was talking and then I would answer her and the stuff she was babbling about really made no sense like I remember she told me she had to study for an exam and I'd ask her which exam? She'd answer well you know which exam I'm talking about! I'd tell her no I forgot what was the subject and she'd say the army exam (she's never been in the army?) and I was laughing!

A friend of mine from high school did the same thing, I was sleeping over her house one night, she fell asleep before I did. Next thing I knew, she rolled over, pointed at the wall and told me to turn the faucet off. I said what faucet? She's got all mad and was like, "God I have to do it myself." actually reached over to the wall and pretended to turn a faucet off. I cracked up so bad I woke her up. Then she got mad at me for laughing.

i just looked up mostly people talk when they are stress and so they say relax and there other ones too that might make it happen but they say mainly happens in children cause of the immature brains but five percent in adults but they don't know why people mainly do it

I heard if you talk alot in ur sleep its your subconcious trying to let out what you kept surpressed while awake. Dont know if its true or not havent really looked into it.

Why don't you ask a medical journal or website as opposed to youtubers? that makes much more sense. And you CAN have dreams that feel like a long time in a short amount of time. I had a dream that felt like it took place over days in 20 minutes. Time in sleep is so relative it's not even funny.

If u talk in ur sleep u cant be dreaming, as far as I know. Dreams only last a few secs (maybe 10-15), and if someone talks for 45 seconds or more, it just cant be a dream. Teach me right if Im wrong :-D

we think dreams are only 10 to 15 seconds but that's the sleeping "effect" .. i was testing once my friend went to sleep and i was staying up next to him i asked him when he waked up how long did u feel u were a sleeping? he told me 2 seconds...it's like an effect caused cuz of the sleep
