  • ROTFL, when I heard the luggage part, I couldn't stop my laughs. My first flight with AC they had my luggage on another plane 3 days later, lol.

  • this is too funny!!!!!! but sadly some truth....

  • Lol, Air Canada and WestJet do NOT fly the same aircraft. Also, the job title is Flight Attendant. Maybe the'yre called stewardesses on other airlines, but not Air Canada.

  • ahaha, certainly your best video!!!

  • lol, The dad is wearing Stephen Harper's Sweater vest!!!!!

  • "Let's do it all again in French!" LOL

  • I hate air canada fly Srilankan airlines

  • lol that game actually looks fun lol

  • @Flightkid9 for the grumpy player, at least.

  • lol did you see the price at the end!??!

  • Haha just like an actual Air Canada experience. Except you're not stuck on their plane!

  • Wow very nice! It's so true, wait for luggage, wait for costumer service, wait for ground crew once on the ground. It's always nice to call in India to reclaim a lost suitcase in Quebec City!

  • "Where's the luggage!" LOL :-P

  • I want smething to last at least another 20 years! (;-)

  • lol. People saying that air canada employees are lazy? Screw that. If you never worked in the company before....don't judge cause you're just making yourself stupid. We employees try to work hard to get the airline going, but a lot of times management just like to play stupid games with us. And i agree that a lot of air canada management people don't have the right qualification which makes them dumb when they're "trying" to do the job.

  • im a pilot for Air Canada and i found this really funny haha i've heard every story in the book about airline nightmares and they nailed a good few of them haha but btw most airline delays are caused by the airport authority not by the airline itself ;)

  • @bladeere14 The freaking seats are uncomfortable on your planes and the stewardesses are better looking on WestJet.

  • @juzu4me Wow... better looking on WestJet?? Cockroaches have better taste than you do. I've yet to see WestJet staff that is not pockmarked like the dark side of the moon! Oh, and they are "flight attendants", not "stewardesses." Also, WestJet and Air Canada have the same aircrafts, ergo, the same kind of seats. You make no sense.

  • @Nariasan Well, stupid, let me educate your grade 3 graduation level. I was referring to FEMALE flight attendants...ERGO (big word from a moron like you) STEWARDESS. And, you fucking imbecile, WestJet and Air Canada DO NOT have identical aircraft. In fact, there is much more leg room in the WestJet aircraft. Oh, and none of the female WestJet STEWARDESSES are pockmarked-you must be looking at the male STEWARDS. Ha, I know you feel stupid if you're capable of it.

  • @juzu4me Your comment is not really worth a reply, but I have decided, perhaps against my better judgement, to educate you. "Stewardess" is an archaic term from 1931. It refers to a female person working on an aircraft as a hostess - which is not what the modern career of flight attendant entails. Also, flight attendant is a gender neutral term, and therefore the only one now accepted in the airline industry. To call someone a "stewardess" is considered derogative in the 21st century. I am one.

  • If this is how Air Canada's played, I'd like to see American Airlines the game, or perhaps United Airlines... Delta anyone? Northwest? I'm sure as far as efficiency and service, US-based companies are a lottttttttttttt worse. At least, so it has been in my experience.

  • You got that right...we have no idea how lucky we are to have them. You really need to fly someone else to see the difference!

  • WestJet is my hero and my air God!

  • No... Air Canada rode you! LOL

  • how true

  • oh yee of little knowledge.... try flying with a US carrier... you have to pay extra just to check in a bag and here in Toronto, they never have anyone in the gate area when there are any issues! Little known fact... which a NYC air traffic controller told me once- Air Canada 's staff is one of the most professional when it comes to flying... don't know about you, but I consider that more important than a bag of peanuts!

  • its a comedy sketch!

  • Guess what? Even when you pay the extra money to the US carrier the flight is still cheaper than it is to fly Air Canada.

  • I'm lucky enough to have never been on a north american commercial airline, people here with relatives in the united states sometimes tell the horror stories of united airlines.

  • The luggage part was the funniest

  • hehe

  • Bottom line: Air Canada = poor value/service = fly with someone else. I don't care if the problem is with management or the employees. I depend on the employees for the service I paid for. It is they who fail me, consistently. This was a fair comment video.

  • Wow! For those of us who were caught up in the Air Canada Christmas Caper this is a great video. I'm still waiting for a refund of 4 flights cancelled with Air Canada. It is now almost March. Air Canada should take the 'air' out of their name and call themselves 'Land' Canada.

  • LOL this was funny hahahaha.

I dunno what people complain about....I've flown various airlines 13 times in the last 5 yrs and have rarely had a problem. ANYWAYS.....if you have a problem just complain and you get FREEBIES!!!!!!

  • ya try f*&?$g Westjet who left me stranded for 30 hours with 2 rounds ofpassenger agents who didn't give a f*&?%$/g about getting me on different flight.

  • rocketman you are a asshole i also work for ac and work hard.hope you enjoy your job pumping gas loser!

  • Hahaha! Ouch!

  • That is pretty funny! How true ! Too bad the Union employees blame management...when it's the lazy employees that suck the life out of the airline. They're too busy looking after their own grred to worry about whether they provide good service.

  • Wow , it is pretty clear you are either a manager at AC or you have no idea what you are talking about.

  • It can be pretty testing to provide good service when the company keeps cutting your wages, benefits, equipment and co-workers when they're having record loads and the ex-president can walk away with 50 million dollars (While the company cuts 2000 employees to save 52 million).

Although I'll admit the service could be better, after dealing with 120 anry passengers because of a maintenance delay by yourself, and booking them another flight you start to loose your company pride.

  • You're an asshole Rocketman...i'm a hard working employee at AC, we're not all lazy....

  • I work for Air Canada and hate the fact that I have to be part of the Union. You can try and blame me for the service cutbacks AC has had to make to their full service to compete with a low cost carrier like westjet. You people all complain about how much you pay but when the tickets get cheaper you bitch even more about the services you lost. Put two and two together, the less you pay the less you get its business.

  • OMG, i agree that is awesome. i am also an Air Canada employee and I agree with it 100%. If Air Canada had better management people who are properly qualified, it would be a totally diferent airline.

  • lol... Let's do it all again in French

  • -- LOL -- that part was the best!

  • I've met lazy AC employees that wont lift a finger if the terminal was on fire.

  • well thats good, they should leave that for the fire dept.

  • lol

  • OMG...this is hilarious...and I agree 100% since I'm an AC employee...lol...but the AC Management is what made the airline staff become this way...lol.
