@xam9856 The thought is that Cipher is actually Mobius One, just before he joined ISAF, since one of the paint schemes for Ciphers F-15 or F-22 (I really can't remember which) is almost the exact same of Mobius One's. But Mobius is in Zero in name in the non-canon Gauntlet level.
