@DJNeoSonam the only thing the police can do with a numberplate is check the owner of the bike, and the owner is not responsible for anyone speeding with the bike. it's impossible to prove who is riding the bike when the event takes place if the rider isn't caught on sight. same goes for cars, driver must get caught in the act. it's actually enough to get out of sight from the police for a few minutes, then it's impossible to prove that the driver/rider isn't switched. evidence is a hard thing.

When you drive you take a calculated risk. You expect there to be animals, debris, cell phone users, ect. Now what's more dangerous, some one driving the limit and not paying attention (reflex isn't good enough) or someone driving fast with their senses 100% devoted to watching for road hazards. Being familiar with your machine and surroundings is also important. And most importantly, KNOWING YOUR LIMITS. It's impossible to avoid every potential accident no matter how you drive. Just a thought.
