this isn't necessarily just a coincidence. the face DOES resemble kyu kyu kyun and when the static screen IS paused it does stand out. also it's strange how it's right at the top left corner of the ladder because that is the path you have to take to get to the ladder, so it's almost like the face was put there so you could find your way through the static to the ladder.
