this part makes me sad, I mean it's like that saying "With great power comes great responsibility" No matter the how you toss the coin (no pun intended) you have something to lose. Keep your powers and risk losing your loved ones or give up the power and still risk losing them anyway. This was a really hard decision but if it were me I would give up the power and HOPE beyond all measure that something miraculous would happen to where I could turn it all around.
