@tt01dwifta It's a automatic probably a Chevy turbo 400 tranny. They are using a trans brake that locks reverse and first gear together so you can build boost and put a load on the torque converter. It allows you to leave the line with half or more of the maximum boost and horsepower.

I'm not saying that this car has one, but in an AWD vehicle equipped with one, the computer puts whatever amount, in %, of a car's power to the rear wheels that the tuner specifies. Skyline's and GT-R's have 'em, among others. On a dyno, as long as the car experiences no wheel spin, the car will put 100% power to the rear wheels. On road, 60/40, 80/20..

Front tires do not spin by themselves on a RWD vehicle.

@tristianck a transbrake, used for drag racing, is when you have an automatic gearbox and hold reverse and first gear at the same time to hold the car in gear ready to go but without moving... rather than going from neutral to first, most likely smashing the gearbox into a million pieces....

RWD vehicles do not have any drive train connection to the front wheels so there is no way for that to happen. No front gearbox=independent spinning wheels.

Do some investigating, there are several hundred diesels in the low 10's and 4 duramax"s in the low to mid 9's I know personally. Look up whiteout, extreme predigiduce, demitri (over 1600hp) and camomax. Show up to a diesel event when they are there and run what your driving-they will hand you your.....well you know!
