Personally, I'd go with the touch. It gives you more for your money. The 32GB touch is $10 less than the 32GB Zune HD on Amazon.

OLED is just great in dark spaces. In daylight, it stinks and use more battery than a LCD. And it doesn't live as long as the LCD. Even after just a year, blue pixels might start to die.

No, of course not. In order to do that, you'd need to get written permission from whoever owns it. Buying it in the markerplace just means that you can put it on your Zune, and the same applies with iTunes.

I'm guessing it's a pamphlet that lets you know about a 14 day free trial of Zune Pass (which you can get online if you want with a new account anyway). The music's DRM will stop it from playing after that time period.

Yep, if you're a subscriber (I am, I love it) you can. The 14 day trial doesn't let you though (as far as I know). I used it back in February. They might change that though, so I could be wrong.

No.. The trial will let you get a taste of what zune pass is. You can download any song during those days and listen to it. After the 14 days the songs will be locked and cant play them. You can play them again if you buy the zune pass. Remember that you can download 12456302384 songs and keep 10 of them each month. So one year is $180 for 120 songs and 12432445346928745 free(lets say rent). With the zune hd you will stream songs through wifi. You can purchase them too without the zune pass

Yes what you said is true about the 14 days zune trial pass. But there is a program out there that lets you reconvert your music so it's not protected. Take advantage of the 14 days trial and download all the music you ever wanted. After you have your library, on the 14th day, convert them all with ease. You can listen to it permanently.

Actually, I think everyone gets a free 14 day Zune Pass, even if you don't buy a Zune HD. The original Zune Pass was an actual code that you would enter.
