damn my boy bosco shielded yokas -- he ran over to her so she wouldn't get hurt....that right there shows you how much bosco cares for faith -- he guarded her w/his own body!!! i love me some bosco -- he so freaking heroic esp in that shoot out scene -- BOSCO IS THE MAN AND ALWAYS WILL BE... people get a grip, it's a television show, "Faith" did what her character was scripted to do. also who's to say in real life the same thing wouldn't have happened, they all weren't in exactly "alert police mode"

It never fails. The thing about this episode that drives me crazy is that Faith didnt do what a police officer really would have done. The first time she saw the armed gunman, or even the SECOND armed gunman -- just to say "Guys, guys, uh, guys!" Is NOT ENOUGH!!! If you see one or ESPECIALLY more then one or two gunmen run by with guns and face masks the first thing you shout is for everyone to get down... had she done that before the fifth man ran by Bosco would have gotten down i'm sure.

Dont get me wrong, I love Faith [from season 1 to the very last episode made]. I've been her loyal follower since day one, BUT my only point is -- a cop on duty as long as she's been would have been quicker on the up take, not waited till five gunmen trot by to take action.

i jus noticed it right now while watching this part. the guy who drove the car thru the car thru the funeral home was the guy who took his son hostage while Finney was looking for him in a later episode. also, the cop that Davis told to keep an eye on the car bomb driver i think was Gussalar from an earlier episode where he partnered up with Yokas when they went on a raid that turned into a shootout between theRussian Mafia & Drug dealers. i think that episode is called "SuperHeroes".

No, actually, that's not the same man at all. The man who plays Harris Perry [who kidnaps his son in a later episode with Officer Brendan Finney] is David Aaron Baker and he only appears ONCE in the whole life of the Third Watch TV series.

Cops - Bosco got shot 3 times and had his brother murdered, Yokas once, Davis once, Sully never did but his wife was killed, Cruz got shot by Yokas, Finney never got shot...

Firefighters - Jimmy got shot...

Paramedics - Carlos never got shot (but did get a gun pointed at his head), Grace never got shot, Kim never got shot but got guns pointed at her left right and centre, Doc got shot.

Seems like it was just Sully, FInney, and most of the paramedics who escaped bullets...

so far, it was important to protect him because the "bad guys" would chase him until he's really dead. so faith did it right, armed herself with bosco's gun and moved him to a more or less covered positon. cruz & davis went out to bring the opponents down...

More monsters...this is my favorite episode because they let it all hang out on this one...being that it was their last season so i don't think the producers gave a damn about who complained about the violence. But what a way to start a season.
