I'm turning 40 in just about 2 years. Had a few broken bones on both my knees, ankles, left elbows slip discs and recovering from brain cancer. Can I still do workouts like these? I have really high metabolism n how can I put on mass/muscles with just work outs without weights?
Those Nike's are tight.
