I love Portman's "Vianne Sets Up Shop" track. I love how she combines European gypsy and ancient American musical influences to create this haunting and yet driving piece of music that just screams out to people the meaning of the whole film. Just like Vianne combining Mayan chocolate culture with French culture, it's breathtaking. Amazing music, Portman!
