I use Roxul. Its way better than fiberglass, Besides the fact that rodent dont like it, it has better r value and it repels water, you dont itch when installing it.

@london1817 lol yeh we did our loft and was a fuking mess then guess what after this christmas we are redoing the insulation i said get screwed my mum replied but the foamboard insulation is on offer lol

@london1817 lol i know we had it all laid out in strips and when we lifted it up the dust went everywhere it iches like hel;l you get a bad cold and worst of all have to take about 50 showers to get clean

man i got my kidney stones a day after doing this. Back then i didnt know it was kidney stones so till i got to the hospital, i thought i must have swallowed this crap so thats why i felt like some one had stabbed me in teh stomach. AAHH OLD TIMES LOL

hope she is okay now. what did they prescribe her? There is that stuff called flomax which worked very well for me. After i started taking the drug i have not taken any pain killers.
