  • This guy looks like Benicio Del Torro...a.k.a the lawyer from "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas"....Dr. Gonzo.

  • what happened to leo? he lived in hobart for years.actually he used to live just near me,and sometimes we'd talk at the bus stop.nice guy.last time i saw him he told me he was moving back to new zealand.......i suppose he went.

  • absolutely awesome lead break! blew me away when i first heard it many years ago....

  • Drop dead you commie trash.

  • In 1995 De Castro returned to New Zealand. For what is probably New Zealand's best passionate soulful voice, Leo De Castro was very seldom recorded. Over the course of 25 years, Leo recorded just seven singles, two with King Harvest, two with Friends, two with Johnny Rocco Band and one with Babylon. There was one album with Johnny Rocco Band called "Rocco".

  • In 1969 Leo headed for Sydney and joined the Browns, which included Ronnie Peel from the Pleazers. He then worked with Leo and Friends. That band broke up at the start of 1970, so in September 1970 he formed King Harvest. They immediately earned acclaim as one of the leading 'heavy' bands on the burgeoning Melbourne progressive rock circuit.

  • RIP Leo....

  • Leo hasnt died

  • @smasha70 : you're right...reports of Leo's death have been highly exaggerated...

  • This is like a psychedelic version, its really good!

  • From memory I think thisband was called "King's Harvest" - "King Harvest" is the American band. This group had the best version of Wichita Lineman. This is great version of Jumping Jack Flash. sinning1966, you have no idea.

  • This is an Aussie band formed 1970.

They charted with a version of 'Witchita Linesman' early 1971, this was the follow up.
