Fantastic experience - do you recommend the lodge for wildlife viewing? (Have read the rooms are a little dated)

Sorry for not responding sooner, I have not logged in here for a while ! The rooms are very dated. In fact this was our last stop on a safari from Nairobi to Mombasa. When we arrived I could not believe how dated the rooms were in comparison to the other properties we stayed at. It was late when we got there and dark. I kept wondering why we had chosen this lodge. However when I woke up the next morning and looked out my window to the view in the video I could see why !
