In stead of getting white foam, you can get the dish sponge and it's already colored for you! Faster way and easy to do. any design of sponge will do or cut the shape and what you want it to look! No painting and it won't be stiff by painting the white foam from Michaels or any othe craft store. That would take a long time to do, eh? So in stead of paint foam, get a dish sponge without the this that is darker at the bottom. X3

@germanmusicmaker yea i know. and i have one too. i just dont want to use it for this project cuz it will pick up too much paint. its a sponge, so it soaks up paint like crazy. doing it with a small brush just saves paint.

Best way to cut foam is with electric knife...yes the one for carving a turkey that no one ever uses and gets lost in the back of kitchen cupboard til you move. Try it out if you have one, it works great.

if you use actual real puffy paint (not acrylic) as filler in the foam it will be much more rubbery, like the real ones :)
