Didn't notice the breathing on cheap mic as I was mesmerized by your presentation. Breathing in sleeping infants has been studied for fractals and there is some evidence that initial breathing pattern may have some determination on later breathing patterns in sleeping infants. Actually, you should also have mentioned that calculating the mandelbrot set on its own would just give you the basic cardioids with circles attached: you also need to colour code the complex plane by the rate at which the complex number chosen will tend towards infinity under the feedback loop z(n+1)=z(n)+c, the dark bits dont go to infinity. Also the closer it gets to the edge of the mandelbrot set, the longer it takes to reach infinity, which is why you cannot just keep zooming in.
