Tomahawk missiles were used and they are modular like most modern ordinance. The US did not use cluster bombs in Libya. DU is used specifically for hard armor, I have video of those tanks and the remains of the soldiers. Not only are the bodies congruent to the ones shown here they are also congruent with DU damage.
