it's not at 1:18, it's at 1:23. yeah yeah i knew about it since i was a kid in phnom penh b4 the evil khmer rouge destroyed the country. i was wonderin' why they chose this recordin'. they must have recorded several recordin's. they chose this 1. perhaps they thought that that crack would be a spice of the song, d/ohh!! ok ok, 2 tell you truth, i've never been bothered by that crack at all. i've always enjoyed the song. even now more than when i was in cambodia. ♪ ♫ la la la ♫ ♪

that it says the music is international means that the music has become famous internationally. if they want 2 say that the song originates from elsewhere other than cambodia, they would specify the original artist & his/her country.

The stuff we hear are not even all that he recorded. I heard many of his recordings were too damaged beyond repair for re-mastery so what we have is only partial of the stuff Sisamouth did. Yet, it is way too cool already.
