  • The Grinches heart grew one size bigger. No, it didn't. The lenders thought, " Well, they'll be dead by the time the market comes back. We'll just let them live there and maintain the property." Remember he said they can live there, they just can' t own it.

The lenders would have forged the Deed if they really wanted another property on their hands. Sorry to think like this but you got to think like a financial criminal if you want the truth.

  • @Beingreal40 You bring a jeweler's lens and you can detect the fake new wet ink note.

  • @KingCast65 I got a forged notary, stamp and signed, on the front page of a copy of the Deed of Trust from the lender. I couldn't get it until a year after foreclosure and a demand letter from the Department of Corporations. No one's interested after they take your home. But thank you for the advice. I also have two loan applications with different dates and one has the broker sig. (alone) and the other has mine sig. (alone). I found case from the SEC 2010 charging lender for stated fraud.

  • Chandler said, "people that could afford a LEGITIMATE PAYMENT for the home that they bought, are being reset to higher payments and they can't afford those payments anymore". No sh*t. THat's what an ARM is. Everyone has known that, even I did when I bought my house in 1994. They video is a bit misleading that the payments were reset though some unforeseen trick.

  • hang on... what does "securitization" have to do with the fact that these people signed into an ADJUSTABLE RATE mtg that can only go UP? Securitization is not the cause of the higher payments. Only that these people found a loophole to screw the bank for once (i hope that's the point of the video)
