If you ever encounter one in a fight you are going to have to kill him because he won't stop until you are beatdown senseless...ever. BTW, good luck with the killing him part. ok, so this guy is a badass, but why not do less weight, and actually train. anyone notice how his hand he wasnt holding the sandbag with was just pulling him up by grabbing on his leg. plus, these are the exact same as a turkish get up
@ClevelandSteamers10 Yes, it is the same as the turkish get up. The exercise is probably designed for military personnel without access to a gym. Hence the sandbag.
Actually, if you watch, each move is postioned as not to hurt ones self while preforming the move. Sure you can jump up, but it won't work out the muscles. How much can you work out while being injured?

Most def. over 100 lbs. Those are pretty damned hard! Check out a couple of my videos for a few more exercise ideas with the sandbag.

Turkish Get-Ups are TOUGH. I'm guessing that bag isn't "light" either. Looks to be pretty full...and if it's SAND in there, that's over 100lbs.
