The thing is before BO we all complained but still played the game. BO was hated and a lot of people went back to MW2 and now it seems MW3's novelty wore off even sooner. I think COD is running on its last legs now and people are looking for that new innovative Online FPS. BF3 is A completely different game. I think a game like Homefront 2 could be it.

@codybird344 because it's the most recent call of duty game. Call of Duty is one of the best selling FPS series of all time, and when you're on top everybody wants a piece of you. When WaW first came out everybody complained, but now there's a part of the community that hails it as one of, if not the, best in the series. When MW2 came out it recieved loads of criticism, same with Black Ops. It will continue when the next CoD is released.

I think there are those out there who can't take the heat of real competition, and when a new call of duty first comes out that's when all of the good players are competing with each other the most. The losers whine, complain, and go back to the last CoD. The winners well we enjoy the months after christmas when all the noobs finally arrive. :)
