@TheCounterStrikeGod Well first off any ip starting with 192.168.. is a LAN ip; Local Area Network (not global) also the most you can do with a real ip like 29.391.3.122 is DDoS or DoS (aka Hostbooting) it is impossible for a file to be sent to any computer or electronic device by just having the ip or receiving files.

i can get ips now the problem is ur antivirus firewall ur going to have to disable ur firewall from ur antivirus or if that doesnt works try turning off ur firewall tht windows runs. once u do tht u should get ip adresses
