  • @2ultramax Commit to five pounds of carrots juiced a day, I saw mine cleared up in two weeks. Carrots have Vitamin A in the form of Pro Vitamin A which is non-toxic. Put a Granny Smith apple in it two sweeten it.

  • Like you channel. I've just recently lost 44 pounds by balancing my PH. I have been trying for 5 years to lose. The DIFFERENCE with this time is that I don't feel hungry after meals. It's so different. I'm not used to that. Before I remember I could easily be hungry an hour after eating and get a piece of toast or something else. I watched a video called "Sick, fat, and nearly dead" that was just excellent. I also like what you said about being a kid again. I have felt like that recently.

    you talk lots about alkaline foods and sweet fruits as well. Are you familiar with Dr. Robert Young's diet and theories? I am sure you are. What's your opinion about his theory? He suggests to remove sweet fruits from the diet. What's your own pH level, mate? Do you manage to keep it in balance of slightly alkaline by eating fruits and berries?

  • @zinturis DON'T WORRY ABOUT FRUIT, I've readed in the book "Concious Eating" by Gabriel Cousens, that ripe fruit without dehydrating (whit the exception prums), are alkaline forming.

    ok, but this "I've read in the book" is still not a science and not a proof. Robert Young who spent his whole life researching alkalinity of the body in biochemistry level says that these fruit sugars damage small intestine. And also he criticizes the way many alkalinity tests are done (by burning foods) as it doesn't show sugar effect. Is there any stronger theory that could beat Young's findings?

  • Hi Dan, would you tell me if you work out or if your body looks that way by eating raw? I don't like going to the gym and I don't want to be muscular... just want to be healthy and toned. I do body weight exercise... but I don't even like to do that much. If I go 100% raw, will I have to work out? I'm about 70% raw now. Peace.

  • I tell you, if you went and had a blood test for CRP, you'd find the doctor telling you that your body is not benefiting from your diet (systematic, long-term cellualr inflammation caused by imbalance of prostaglandins (pro-inflammatory type).

    Not only that, but fructose is converted to FAT for the liver first and very little of it is converted to glucose (blood sugar) for energy.

    I use to follow this alkaline idea, but its about balance in consideration to inflammation and exercise.

    YOu have to have a high calorie diet that includes proteins of high PCDAAS scores and workout 3-4 times p/w with heavy weights according to a well structured workout program.

    "Soaked nuts and seeds" will get you no-where fast because it takes NOTHING into consideration.

    What is your stomatotype? this affects how you body changes muscle mass thus needs to be primarily considered in relation to diet and gym. Have a google and research.

  • @cyscoi i eat between 4 and 6 thousand calories a day of mostly fruit..bananas and dates are my favorite...i also eat veggies greens and a little nuts and seeds but my fruitarian raw diet is like 30 bananas and 80 dates sometimes..blended in a smoothie ...tuff at first then easy to get all the calories!

Look at BJ PENN and LANCE ARMSTRONG both have Alkalined there bodys do a search to see for your self .   • @1pigirl That's my same question, I have Arthritis in my neck and I just started doing the Green Smoothies and juices. I know this will work. I cutout all the bad stuff. I know it will work, I have belief. Belief is the only thing that is keeping me going, cause all the doctors failed, but I can't fail me.

    Not really a green juice but a smoothie, I do organic spinach, banana and I add spirulina, flaxseeds (that I grind myself) and coconut oil. I'll add blueberries to it with like 16 oz of water. I drink this in the morning and throughout the day. It cleans me out and makes me feel good. My inflammation is not as bad since I started.

    Liferegenerator your videos really give me alot of hope for curing my condition. thank you man!

  • Also should I really be guzzling down something that has like 3 bannas, 3 apples,etc... I heard I should be sipping it slowly cause the body can get sugar overload. I need some help on this please. Thanks guys. Lets take the raw journey together :P

  • Some people actually add a dash of cayenne to force themselves to slow down the drinking. Dan may not advise using cayenne because it is a spice, but it is also a vasodilator and is thus good for circulation. Also, some use flax in smoothies to moderate sugar spikes. You can google search those ideas if you want. I drink smoothies without doing this, although I do consume them slowly by "chewing" on the pureed leaves in the smoothie.

  • sugar overload from fruit is a myth. The problem with sugar is "refined sugar" and too much rat which keeps sugar in the blood too long.

    Speaking of bananas, there's a website called "30 bananas a day" for fruitarians. Fruit is disigned to be the main food for humans.

  • Can Dan or anyone help on this? I'm really curious about portion sizing. I noticed after drinking the juices for about 3 days now that my waste line is expanding like crazy. I don't know if i'm eating too much or too little (my body sometimes does this if I am starving myself to store fat). I'm wondering if someone who is fully raw can help me with this. How do I know how much is too much or too little? I need about 2,500 calories daily. Thanks!

  • One thing you'll realize as you go deeper into the rabbit hole of raw foods you will learn that a calorie isnt always a calorie, and its total misinformation that you need x amount of calories a day. ( not your fault ) What % raw are you? how are you making your juices, and what with? What do you eat the rest of the day? I usually eat when my body tells me too, your body will learn to tell you what it needs / wants. CHEW your juice, DRINK your food. ;-)

  • I want to go 100% raw but i'm having trouble figuring out the amount of food I need. I am really muscular and have a high matabolism so I want to make sure I get enough but not too many caloires. I want to just drink juices.

  • Just so its said I know Dan never speaks much on this but spicies with chemicals like msg and other ingredients that you need a degree in chemistry to understand are the ones that are not good for you. Whole spices are the ones that we should be eating like dried parsley (the best spices are the ones you make at home having a dehydrator can help you make plenty of dried spices like hot peppers can easily be grounded into powder once dehydrated)
