There are many ways scientific literature can be written. But which ever may be the way author follows he should give enough evidence, underlying assumptions, and most importantly it should be re-testable.

Nobody tries to make calculations for the heck of it. you got that wrong again. Ravana was the step brother of Kubera. kubera and ravana's father was a rishi. ravana's mother was a rakshasi, and hence, vimanas never belonged to rakshasas to begin with.
